Meet Our Family
KEITH J STEWART
CCU Proprietor, Horse Training Expert
Nothing matters to Keith more in this life than horses and family. And CCU combines both of those perfectly! Keith is a Rodeo Cowboy/ Cutting Horse Trainer/ Ranch Roper turned Online Educator. You can learn from Keith by joining Course #1 or the CCU Monthly Membership Club! Learn more about Keith here.
SHELBY T STEWART
CCU Founder, Head Of Marketing & Customer Service
CCU is Shelby's brainchild, and she couldn’t be a more proud business-mum! You can find Shelby behind the camera, behind the laptop and generally behind the scenes. When you message CCU for customer service support, Shelby is who will be there ready to help! Shelby is the gal behind the camera filming our content day-to-day and managing our social channels. She’s happiest when in-nature harvesting plants, building one of her businesses, making lattes, or when she’s surrounded by animals. She’s responsible for 8 animals living their lives out in leisure and comfort at The Key Ranch. Keith can never seem to say no when she shows up with a bottle calf, piglet or kitten in tow.
Shelby started her first business at the age of 7 and has been passionate about entrepreneurship ever since, a quality Denice instilled in her. She has two diplomas in marketing and in addition to her work on Cowboy Campus, she manages social media channels for small businesses and is a barista once a week at a local coffee shop!

Entrepreneur
Denice was born to farming parents on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River, just inside the Saskatchewan border. Side hustles have always been an outlet for her to express her entrepreneurial spirit. Beginning with custom manufacturing promotional canvas bags, then Captured Calvary coats with Native American beadwork and leather fringe, then publishing The Rangeman's Journal for 10 years!
In addition to entrepreneurship, Denice’s other passions include training dogs, halter-breaking foals and collecting vintage western wear. In Denice's closet you'll find vintage felt hats (her oldest hat is a Stetson Open Road which is over a 100 years old) Hudson Bay blankets and coats, beaded buckskin coats, wild rags, and other unique vintage western wear.
